It is important to hold that you will be allowed to open only one account with DMM. However, you are free to open other additional trading accounts and continue accessing other products and services in DMM.
It is possible to reset the DMM passwords in 3 simple steps that are as follows:
Never share your password with anyone and keep the passwords in a safe place. Never disclose the password with the third parties.
After you become a verified client of DMM, you will have access to all DMM products and services. It is important that you get the profile verified by uploading a clear color copy or scan of following documents:
- Proof of identity - You can share passport details, national identity card or driving license or any other verified documents that clearly states the residential address.
- Proof of address is also shared on utility bills, bank/card statement. You can also share copies of documents such as electric/water/gas/telephone bill and even residency certificate.
DMM offers different varieties of payment methods that include debit card, credit card, bank wire transfers, e-wallets and local payment solutions. Please note that we do not accept cash deposits in any case.
It is possible to get full details about transactions in DMM with the help of simple steps:
- Just go to my transfers
- Look for the relevant transaction
- Click the transaction ID numbers
Follow the simple steps and you can simply access your DMM account.
- Simply go to the account overview section from the DMM
- Change trading password
- Simply click next and receive the PIN that has been shared through email and SMS
- Now, simply create a new password and click submit
